It was awful. There were dead roaches all over the kitchen floor and no toilet paper. We told this to the receptionist the next morning and she said they would reimburse us for the room and they did. I don't think we will ever stay at an Extended Stay America hotel again. It was terrible.

Liked: The desk clerk was pleasant when we canceled and left.
Disliked: The first room’s floor was dirty (had pieces of food on the carpet), the kitchenette’s sink looked like someone had vomited in it, and the bathroom trash had a wet, dirty towel in it. We then requested a different room. When we unlocked the second room, the bed was unmade. We looked no further, returned to the office to cancel and left!
