Extended Stay America Select Suites - Jackson - North, Jackson

It was awful. There were dead roaches all over the kitchen floor and no toilet paper. We told this to the receptionist the next morning and she said they would reimburse us for the room and they did. I don't think we will ever stay at an Extended Stay America hotel again. It was terrible.

Liked: Nothing! We were not given a room and still charged! The desk clerk was rude. He couldn't understand why I was upset that we had a reservation, but said they didn't have a room for us. I want my refund! EDIT --A week later and still no refund....DO NOT STEY HERE< THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!! Incidentally, I am from Mississippi, don't know why it says Indonesia.

Disliked: Roaches in the rooms December 4-7th Poor customer service. This was December 6th 2024. Desk said I didn’t have a room after I gave him my name showed confirmation. I asked if he spelled my name correctly, snapped back I know how to spell. When in fact he did not know how to spell my name and told me to go find somewhere else. Nor did he try to help me with contacting the third party.

Disliked: Extremely ghetto as soon as I arrived. Immediately felt unsafe. Office employee did not want to open the door to even assist me upon checking in. He then gave me a key to a room that was occupied! The man in the room chased me and my son down the stairs in an extremely threatening manner which could have resulted very bad for us. The office employee refused to open the door to speak to me, would not take the room key back and was walking away refusing to help me upon telling him what had happened!!!!!! DO NOT RISK STAYING HERE!

Disliked: Didn’t like that the desk is not 24 hours! Took us 2.5 hours to get into a room. We called after hours number 10 times before we got anyone. They the man tells us they have no room available. Tell us to call booking for refund. Called booking they can’t get the desk because they say it’s closed so we really stranded at this point took the man til 230 to even say he will call his boss to see what to do at this point I’m furious because kids in car and all! I’m just over it! I would not stay at this property again
