It was awful. There were dead roaches all over the kitchen floor and no toilet paper. We told this to the receptionist the next morning and she said they would reimburse us for the room and they did. I don't think we will ever stay at an Extended Stay America hotel again. It was terrible.

Disliked: I did not like the shower curtains were not clean , also the shower really did not work due to the knob was broken . They did not provide towels but charged an additional fee at check -in .

Liked: The person at the front desk was very rude and had a bad attitude. There no towels or shower curtain in my room. I call front desk they that they were being washed. But when they were finished washing them would have to come get them. Next I told I had bring my dirty towels down to the office to be washed. I got back later that evening went back the office to get my only to be told I waited to late to them. I had to go buy towels to take a shower
Disliked: The people at the front desk are very rude and not helpful at all. One guy told me if i wanted that kind of service I should have stayed at Hilton.
