Liked: Here is how this property steals your money: they first post empty rooms. When you make a reservation and drive to their place, they will tell you it’s overly booked and you need to connect the agent app customer service to cancel. However, your app customer service will need to contact this property to confirm that you, the guest is not responsible for the cancellation. By that time, they just won’t pick up the phone or answer any email. Eventually, your money will go into their pocket. They have “good” actors to act as if they are innocent at the reception desk. Hard to believe no body get arrested yet.

Liked: This is the worst place I have ever stayed in my life. The floors in the room were not clean. The bed is so high. I had to jump up to get into it. The tub in the bathroom extremely high. I have never seen a tub that high I couldn’t even climb over the top of it, the electrical plate where you plug in your electric toothbrush was just sitting there. It wasn’t even screwed in. Was that barely worked I had to buy an electric skillet to prepare my meals because there’s no cookware in the room. I had to wash my hair in the kitchen sink there, the faucet in the tub was way too high, and the showerhead was pointing toward the wall, which I couldn’t reach. They don’t allow people to deliver your things to your room. They keep the front door locked, which is ridiculous because there is nothing that anybody could steal number one room is the very last room, not the first room handicap was difficult enough as it is you don’t get any fresh lemon unless you pay extra so you have to wash your own sheets and towels. There is machine that you can buy laundry detergent in the laundry room so if you don’t buy it at the store, you won’t have it. They don’t even call you when you have a package at the front desk so you just have to guess or keep walking down there to see if you have anything luggage carts didn’t roll properly when I got there to check in and my driver had a difficult time bringing my things to my room, the manager was less than cordial. He was very rude. I was told if I don’t like it I could leave. That’s just what I did charge for room there. You would think you were getting a deluxe suite, but it was less than anything paid for there was a way to give less than a one on the scale of one to 10 I would do it, I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying in this place.
Disliked: There is nothing about this place. I like you didn’t even have a machine where you could get change and the woman at the front desk was quite adamant about not giving any change. Use your credit card was what I was told.
