Disliked: They offer a suite but without a single plate, cup, glass,or spoon, not even a coffee maker. Why call them suites? Then they tell you dinnerware is available at $20/day (per serving!) but they are back ordered anyway. No housekeeping, only 2 towels

Liked: Location , was quite for the most part, clean to the visible eye . Staff was very friendly.
Disliked: Little to no amenities. Vending machine was bare and cost where high. The smells in the hallway and room where strong.After turning on the air and opening the window the smell in the room was gone. A fee for extra towels or clean sheets was strange.

Disliked: We had no hot water for the full 2 days we stayed

Liked: Rude staff members at front desk. He was terrible and not understanding of any situation that I was encountering. No compassion for life situations and simply said no we will throw away your garments when I asked to leave them in the office for 1 hour.
Disliked: Mold everywhere

Liked: The best thing about this hotel is the Staff. Taron aka as "Tee" was awesome on my 2 day stay. The other ladies were great as well. I would easily stay there again
Disliked: The things I didn't like didn't effect my stay at all. 1. No elevators at this location 2. Vending machines didn't work.....but "Tee" told me in advance so I didn't lose any money in the machine 3. No ice machine working when I was there. repair call
