Disliked: It smelled like urine. We asked for towels and didn’t get them. They didn’t offer anything like shampoo. It looked like drug addicts were living there.

Liked: Let me start by saying I like to stay at extended stays for the fact that the rooms are always large and that you have a kitchen. With that being said, this is one of the older hotels. It needs a full update.Then the fact that it is not staffed 24 hours.
Disliked: The clear fact that this place has not been updated in a very long time shows in the room. There is an old musty, smell the paint and it looks like it needs to be redone.

Liked: Came late property wasn't open, lobby open but no phone to call for help. Very disappointed
Disliked: Like above but ended up calling another extended stay 5 miles away in Shadeland and nice lady accomindated us for the night.

Disliked: They double charged me and then seemed like I was crazy for questioning it while the employee sat there watching tv on a couch not caring
