Liked: It was convenient. The room was spacious. Bathroom clean.
Disliked: People allowed to smoke at all entrances outside but right at doors. One elevator doesn’t work well. Stairwell seems dangerous. I ran into a hooded male at the bottom of the stairs when I turned the corner. It was fine but a little sketchy. No Kleenex or shampoo in room. The price should have been more like $99 or lower. This isn’t a high end $120 a night room. The room was clean but the outside was old and dingy and needs a new color scheme. Not really a nice looking building. Parking lot should have brighter lights all around not just out front. There should be a 24 hour person at the desk not just via phone. They closed it up after 10 using a metal grating system like it was downtown New York diamond store. It wasn’t pleasant. Might as well put up bars.

Liked: The laundry facilities.
Disliked: Housekeeping only cleans after 14 days. Clean towels and/or sheets have to be purchased at front desk, or you can pay the laundry charge to wash and dry them yourself. The room comes with older but okay appliances. Prior to March 2024, dishes and pots/pans were complimentary during your stay. Now, they can be purchased at the front desk for $20 and $40 respectively.No coffee maker in room. No breakfast. Room was dusty. No tissue or shampoo/conditioner in bathroom. Trash was the responsibility of the guest, if it needed to be taken care of earlier than the 2 week housekeeping visit. The trash needed to be taken out to a commercial dumpster in the parking lot and thrown into the top.Having enjoyed my stay there for several visits in past years, the lack of customer care and the additional charges were a complete disappointment. I visit family every year. I will not be returning to this hotel.

Liked: The property obviously had some type of homeless shelter thing going on. We usually stay at this location when we visit family but that was our last stay. You can’t run a business like that!!!
