Awful.

Liked: The room was nice and clean and spacious.
Disliked: Never been charged at the motels that I have stayed at like I was here. If you offer a kitchenette then you should supply the stuff that comes with it. Being charged a deposit without being told about deposit.

Disliked: Wouldn't let my daughter and boyfriend check in because they were using my credit card which I prebooked and had his name on the booking. They charged me anyway. Emailed them for a refund. Sent refund but never heard back. Horrible way to do business.

Terrible experience with GM. Do...

Disliked: $150 fee for incidentals?!? That’s ridiculous, especially for one night! That’s higher than Hilton or a luxury hotel! I do not recommend this location and the general manager was absolutely the worst!
