the hotel stunk, the elevators...
Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Everything, the hotel stunk, the elevators were sketchy, not to mention when we went to our room as soon as we opened the door there was roaches on the counters, on the fridge, EVEN ON OUR BED! The door would hardly close, we had to slam it shut. The bathroom was awful, the ceiling above the shower looked like it was gonna go through, the hotel smelt like mold and cigarettes. We did not even stay we left immediately and never received a refund for not even staying. Not to mention I had pictures of everything. 0/10 don’t recommend!!

I would not stay there...
Liked: The rooms were passable. Clean linen and towels
Disliked: The lobby was no appealing with a heavy oder of disinfectant. I got the impression of it being a shelter for homeless. Several people smoked at the entrance, there was a huge jar of pickled eggs on the ledge at the front. Cigarette burns on the carpet in the room, baby roaches, no vent in bathroom. I was at one point ready to checkout when I got there. It was an uneasy vibe of people but I tried not to judge. It was very different, I felt like it was a place for transitional people. Overall, I rated my stay better than what my original impression was. I was just not aware that it was a facility that people made as their residence. I feel that maybe I was mislead.

Don't make my mistake, read...
Liked: The only thing that I liked about this facility was the kitchen in the room. It was nice to be able to have the ability to cook during our stay and have a refrigerator to store our perishables in.
Disliked: They dont offer breakfast or coffee anymore. This hotel is very old and dated. I didn't realize that extended stay = lifers! There's alot of people in this hotel who live there & a couple faces that work at this hotel but aren't on payroll - if you know what i mean. We would see them once the doors unlocked in the morning - until they locked again at night. (While they're locked you need a keycard to open them.) The cleanliness of the facility was not on par with what I usually book. We came here for our anniversary as a weekend getaway to the area. I really regret my decision in staying here but I had already prebooked and didn't have any other option lined up. The room itself wasn't too bad, I checked for bedbugs before we brought our stuff in but it still made me nervous so we ended up using our own linens from home and slept on top of the bed. There was roaches coming from under the door across from us, we would see them everytime we came in & out of our room. I seen one in our tub the morning we were leaving; thank god we were leaving. The guy on first shift is not very friendly or welcoming at all. He checked us in but didn't finish the process that allowed us access to the wifi. The lady on second shift was really nice & rectified that for us. She's the one who told us that it wasn't completed when I came to the desk to find out why the wifi wouldn't work for us. They seem to "nickle and dime" for everything. There's a payment option to upgrade your wifi - could be why he didn't finish setting us up; so we had to use the pay option. There's a paper in the room of costs for fresh lines & one by the phone - don't even attempt to make a call, bc you'll be charged for that. I have my cell phone & never intended to, but it's still off-putting. There was 2 towels, 2 wash cloths and a bath mat in the room. We didn't even have a hand towel to dry our hands on.
