Needs to be remodeled and need to have more no smoking room. The outside looks good but the rooms need improvement.

Liked: I liked how accessible the place is to everything around. Also, the people working there are very understanding and friendly. I like the comfortability of the room, the bed is good big and comfortable, the bathroom is nice and clean.
Disliked: The rooms only get cleans every 14 days, and as an allergic person as me, I need my floors clean weekly since they have carpet, I killed two small roaches since I've been there. Also, the kitchen should have everything you need included in the room price if you want to sell it, not selling it separately and the towels should be change every 4 days also included in the cost not separately. Other than that, it is all good

Liked: We booked 3 rooms through Booking.com 3 days prior to hurricane evacuation. Received a call the day before arrival telling us they were overbooked and our reservations were cancelled. There were no other hotels available in the state of Florida as thousands of others booked those rooms while we were thinking we had a safe place to go. I’d be willing to bet the room rates went up and we got bumped in the name of the dollar.
Disliked: Booking.com sucks.
