Disliked: Other extended stays provide pots pans and dishes, this one only sells/rents them @ nearly $40.00 for pots and pans and $30.00 for dishes....$70.00 to use the kitchen area in your room ???Other extended stays provide new towels in the morning if you bring the used ones down. This one charges you for clean towels.No ice machines on the property, and the person at the desk told me that I can go to WaWa for ice.No breakfast ! Sticky floor in the room.No television remote....3 little baby cock roaches (one in the bed).Every time we looked out the window there were several police officers/ cruisers in the parking lot for one problem or another.Other than that, it was an ok stay. Staff were nice....

Liked: First it was very dirty. Keys to the room are supposed to work outside doors and did not. We were so inconvenienced having to walk around the building just to get in. No maid service for the entire stay, no toilet paper, no clean towels. And the best part NO TELEVISION. Staff was very rude and not helpful, found 2 spiders. Pubic hair all over the bathroom and the last guest dirty clothes behind the bathroom door. Just disgusting
Disliked: The staff was completely rude and not helpful. We practically begged for maid service. Was promised all day and we got nothing. Begged for toilet paper and clean towels and after 4 hrs we got toilet paper never got maid service never got towels or maid service. The fire alarm went off Friday night. We had zero television. And the clerk knew she was renting us a room that the television didn’t work. And still did. When I called and asked her about the TV she told me they were booked for the evening and they didn’t have any other rooms. That was a complete lie. I went on the website and I was able to get a room.
