Put my life in harms...

Disliked: STAFF STAFF STAFF....The staff was telling people if I was or wasn't IN my room and then told people when I left. I stayed there thinking I would be safe and nobody would know I was there unless I was the one to tell them... Couldn't have been more wrong. They put my life in jeopardy along with someone close to me and I am not okay with that

Upon arrival I was told...

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Everything

Won’t stay there again.

Liked: Location was close to Univ of Arkansas
Disliked: People sitting outside at night and drinking. Oil drippings all over the parking lot. People sitting outside in there cars throughout the day. Animal food bowls all around. Smoke alarm went off very early Saturday morning.

Never again

Disliked: The beds were filthy. Hair, urine, seman, blood on sheets. We asked for the bed to be changed and were handed some sheets.. no pillowcases or blankets and had to change them ourselves. I have pictures.

Will not ever stay here...

Bad

Liked: I didn't like any part of the hotel except the staff.
Disliked: We reserved an ADA room and the elevator was out of service. and had been for several months. Our room was on the third floor which we were unable to use it. So after driving All evening we had to go to a different town to find another place to stay. I called the hotel on Monday before our trip to confirm our booking, then called the afternoon of the trip to confirm our late arrival time. Not once did anyone inform us the elevator was out of order. Therefore at 1am we were looking for a different place to stay, causing us to not get settled in till after 3am. Totally unacceptable!!!

Terrible need my refund asap

Disliked: My room had to be canceled because apparently booking.com didn’t pay the hotel the full amount even though I already paid. Still waiting on refund and had to scramble for over 2 hours trying to find another hotel last minute which mostly everyone was already sold out.

Bad

Disliked: I got a call 30 minutes before arriving at location saying my reservation has been canceled because they over booked. They canceled multiple people’s rooms in our group that traveled out of state to an event. Then told each of us a different reason for why they needed to cancel.

Will never stay here again.

Disliked: It was gross, it smelled very weird, the room looked like I was staying at a halfway house.
