Want a refund; still trying...

Liked: Nothing. We were billed for a reservation that when we arrived, were told that they had no available rooms.
Disliked: Showed up, was told the employee could see our reservation on his tablet but he wouldn’t be able to accommodate us because he had no available rooms. Ok, things happen, but we were told we wouldn’t be charged for the stay because we obviously did not stay there. Lie. We were charged for it and have been fighting with Booking.com to get refunded for almost 2 weeks. Still no resolution.

Disliked: The hotel was off a commercial area and is in need of TLC. It reeked of weed wafting through the air. At night, the parking lot became a hang out spot with music and drinking- making it difficult to sleep. The hotel did not provide shampoo or conditioner. It was very odd to have the “lobby” closed and locked when we attempted to check out and return the keys at 8:30am on a Sunday. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Disliked: Trash everywhere- parking lot, stairways, walkways etc, room smelled like cigarettes and pot, no trash can the shower leaked all the way into the kitchenette. Worse hotel ever!
