Disliked: In the 20 minutes I was there, I saw 8 cockroaches. I immediately went to the front office and asked to cancel my room. It took 8 days for the money to come back to my card. I slept in my car that night, and showered at a local gym. Horrible!

Want a refund; still trying...

Liked: Nothing. We were billed for a reservation that when we arrived, were told that they had no available rooms.
Disliked: Showed up, was told the employee could see our reservation on his tablet but he wouldn’t be able to accommodate us because he had no available rooms. Ok, things happen, but we were told we wouldn’t be charged for the stay because we obviously did not stay there. Lie. We were charged for it and have been fighting with Booking.com to get refunded for almost 2 weeks. Still no resolution.
