Disliked: Sounds kind of far fetch to be paying for something that should be free as in housekeeping if you need extra towels

Liked: Nothing they were closed when I arrived. When I called for a refund they said that I should have known about the after hours phone outside which I did not see. Offered nothing for the inconvenience and refused my refund all though it was nothing communicated on the email for after hour check in or direction to this phone outside. The woman over talked me and was rude .

Disliked: When leaving out our room we noticed when closing the door it didn’t lock so you could just push it open & go inside lady at front desk kept answering the phone & hanging up we were told we can check out late after a certain time it would be an extra $10 a hour she then goes to check us out & try and make me pay for another night then tells us to just check out by 1 around 12:50 a guy from housekeeping knocked I told him we were on the way out he tried opening the door I told him to hold on he then go to unlock the door again but the wall lock was on I opened the door & he claims he didn’t hear us & he was trying to hurry & Go Home
