Liked: Ms. Connie is the right person for her/the job! Her attitude was so welcoming, caring, and positive. Felt like I showed up at my Aunts house and was greeted by her. I will come back ONLY because I know she’s there!
Disliked: Nowhere is perfect ALL THE TIME, but what stands out to me is when a business truly strives to be perfect. Extended Stay did that for. I noticed and appreciated it.

Liked: Wasn't allowed to enter the building even though I had a reservation. Front desk clerk refused to open the door for me although he looked me straight in the face. There were 2 other guests standing right in front of him and kept looking back and forth in disbelief because he refused to acknowledge me or open the door. Would never recommend this place to anyone. He was wrong and rude due what he did.
Disliked: Clerk could have opened the door to let me in so that I could fulfill my reservation. I stood outside for almost 10 minutes in the cold while looking at him take care of 2 people in slide the building even after he looked up and made eye contact with me but never acknowledge that I was standing outside waiting. Very unprofessional. Although I'm sure this won't go anywhere, but just thought I'd voice my frustration.

Liked: I like that it has a stovetop, microwave, and full size refrigerator.
Disliked: The area is scary. There are actual crackheads and hookers in the parking lot, people hanging around the cars, following me as I walk my dog. It's a 4 person room, they only give you 2 towels, 2 washcloths, and a floor towel (no hand towels), and charge $1.88 per towel to exchange for clean ones. You have to take your own garbage out. And there was black hair EVERYWHERE. On the sheets and pillowcases when we walked in, on the floor, on the counters and sinks, and in the shower. All different lengths. The tub is clogged and the water doesn't go down the drain while showering. There were little black hair rubber bands on the floor when we walked into our room. I swept under both beds (with a broom I bought) looking for my dog's toy, and there were orange press-on nails under each bed, along with a tumbleweed of black hair. The morning staff at the front desk have no kindness to them at all. The pink haired lady at night is much nicer and friendly.

Disliked: I never got to stay at the property. When I arrived the lobby was closed. I called and talked to a representative and they told me my room had been canceled. I had to sleep in my car for the night. There was no communication to let me know my room would be canceled.
