Never will I stay agine

Liked: I did a late check in. A man was at the desk (Chris)by his self looking so tired and over worked. After I had gotten my key card I made the mistake of leaving and going to get something to eat so that I could cook the next morning. I should have checked the Room first. I was so disappointed. There was only 2 small towels and 2 washcloths. I went and asked Chris at the desk and he threw his hands up and said “What you want me to do about that.” I feel the only thing in the room clean was the beds. The door didn’t properly close I had to push the chair up to it. You could see straight underneath the door. There was white powder looking stuff around the room. The furniture was tore down. The downstairs was flooded and smelled of mildew. I was very uncomfortable for my kids. I had to call booking.com I must say I will not be staying there agine. Walking in the hall smelled of weed/pot whatever you want to call it. The person in the room across from my room was selling drugs out the room. Someone was beating on the door asking where is his money. There’s so much more I can say but I’m not. I’m just going post the pictures I have more than what I printed.

Disliked: The whole hotel smelled like weed and there were roaches in the rooms also the room was not properly cleaned when we first got there

Disliked: I was locked out of my room after hours. The phone was not rigged up correctly and me and another guy roamed around aimlessly trying to figure out how to get into a room. Finally, someone alerted the staff member that the phone was not obviously reaching and we were able to get in our room, our keys and malfunction due to the changeover or something the after hours lack of service sucks. I was there before when there was a person on duty at night and it was a much better experience. Please bring back the night shift
