Disliked: The light outside the window at night was way too bright. Finding out that there was undocumented people living here made us feel unsafe. No one at the front desk in the morning to check us out & no answer when I called on the house phone. Breakfast was offered on the website but not available when we got there.

Liked: The room was good.
Disliked: The manager was hateful and didn't try to help when we had an issue. She said we couldn't take the dogs on the elevator, and we were put on the 3rd floor. When I told her I had a bad knee and couldn't do the steps, she just shrugged her shoulders and said, "Deal with it, it's our policy." She didn't try to accommodate by moving us to a different room on the 1st floor or anything, so we left 4 days earlier than planned. We'll never stay there again.

Liked: Location fine. No breakfast , but ok. Room was just ok. Very bare bones and just ok on cleanliness. Very loud clunky A/C. VERY NOISY GUESTS.

Disliked: Needs major updating. Rooms were outdated and also didn't smell clean. Smelled of smoke and old food. Lots of loitering by other guests outside of rooms in hallways and outside.
