Liked: The staff check in was very nice and welcoming

You get what you pay...

Liked: The woman at the front desk that checked us in was very friendly. The AC unit worked. It was pretty quiet.
Disliked: The room smelled strongly of marijuana. One of the drawers on the dresser was broken and not functional. The spinning glass plate in the microwave was missing. The room was dirty and outdated.

It was very relaxing after...

Liked: I really appreciated the girl named Kailey at the front desk who was very patient with me having to wait on my mother to bring me money for the rent
Disliked: I was satisfied all the way around

Bad

Liked: The elevators were down it freaked if smoke, they then accused us of it. Horrible experience
Disliked: Everything about it was horrible

I hope your staff could...

Liked: Was not able to check into my room because the Lady at the front desk said I could not pay with cash when on the website when I booked the room gave me the option to pay at the property
Disliked: Everything else is great if I could still get my room with use for free for inconvenience because I am here on a family emergency my nephew pasted away Saturday morning

Disgusting and dirty

Liked: It wasn’t too far from things.
Disliked: There were cockroaches in the bathroom. The floor was so gross I had to buy floor cleaning wipes to clean the floor and the wipes were black when finished. The beds were super uncomfortable and they said they were on a blanket shortage when we asked for 2 additional blankets. Never again will I stay there
