Disliked: I paid for 1 room with a king size bed. I booked the hotel for two people and received two key cards for the room. My partner called the front desk in the morning to ask if they did a late check out. The man answered the phone at the front desk, extremely rude. The phone conversation started out with him saying he was extremely busy. He said it in a very rude way. Then continued to tell my guest his name was not on the reservation and was not allowed in the room and threatened to make sure my guest and I were out of the room at 11 o’clock or before he comes up to the room himself. I do not appreciate being threatened. That was the most uncomfortable stay I have ever had at a hotel before. They really need to work on the way they speak to people and treating others with kindness.When we entered the room the toilet was dirty and seat was up. It looked like there was mold on the lamp next to the bed and the knob on the bathroom door was put on backwards.
