Upon arrival, the front desk person was slow and not very helpful. She took our money and slid a paper of information across the counter with little explanation. The room was a good size - I especially liked the closet (though, something small like matching hangers would bump up the quality), and it was decently clean (the shower needed a good scrub). Our window looked out to the trash cans which were seriously overflowing everywhere. I even saw some sort of wild animal tracks leading in and out of it the next morning so that's exciting. We found out from a sign in the kitchenette that we would have to contact the front desk for any sort of basic kitchenwares. We decided it wasn't worth the extra effort. I liked the bed and had three really good nights' sleep. As an Extended Stay, this hotel is obviously meant for long-term use and I can see it being good for that. There was a Target right behind the hotel and that worked well for us, but there weren't a ton of restaurants within walking distance. I think having a car would have improved our stay, but we were relying on taxi services and ended up paying a lot - it was about a 15 minute drive downtown each time and the airport shuttle didn't go out to Glendale.

Disliked: Limited hotel and surrounding services; unkept grounds; dingy shower.

Adequate room. Small but nice with kitchenette though we didn't need it for our one night stay. close to lots of restaurants and a Target. good location though a tad difficult to find.

Liked: Location is good. 2 Bus stops a short walk from the hotel. Also several places nearby to grab breakfast and/or any other meal. Target is right in the backyard which was a big plus for us.
Disliked: Kitchen was not usable and very outdated. Bathroom was not the best.

Bloody awful; and other than...

Liked: Nothing. I had stayed at other extended-stay properties prior to this.. What a disappointment at this property where there were no amenities. The kitchen was completely bare and the bathroom had a bar soap.. I was staying for four days and there was no kitchenware. There was no cookware. There were no glasses. The cabinets were bare. In the laundry room, there was no availability of soap and it was not easy to get coins from the front desk as they seem more put out that I was asking for them to change from my five dollar bill..
Disliked: There was little to like in the room other than the bed was comfortable and there was hot water otherwise I felt like I was camping.

Liked: 1. The property has the potential to be excellent but fell short in several basic areas. 2. They issued a partial refund as compensation.
Disliked: 1. No breakfast was provided, despite it being mentioned on Booking.com during the reservation process. At check-in, there was no information given that breakfast would not be available. When I inquired after 10:00 AM (once the front desk opened), I was falsely told that this was noted at check-in. However, upon checking, they found no such mention regarding breakfast.2. The kitchen was non-functional as no dishes or cooking vessels were provided. I was informed that they no longer offer these items, which was not mentioned on the Booking.com website.3. They required full payment upfront for my entire 8-day stay.4. The room was not clean; the entire floor was sticky as if covered in a sweet substance.5. No toiletries, such as soap, shampoo, or facial tissues, were provided in the washroom.6. I spoke with the General Manager, Daniel, who was polite and helpful. She managed to provide two pans and mentioned that she would offer a discount as compensation. However, after the second day, she was unavailable. When I inquired at the front desk, I was informed that she was off the property and could not be reached. The front desk staff did not help address the situation.
