Disliked: Teresa let me down..as a repeat customer that's spent thousands of dollars there..it was disappointing

Disliked: After dozens of stays at this location Teresa dropped the ball big time...I waiting 38 minutes at a unmanned front desk ..Then along came Pauly..who told tried to charge me after I payed online ..and wanted to argue it till.i showed my.statement then along came Teresa who got it going until she asked for a card for incidentals I explained I have never been asked for that and she became short and threatened to not check me in...I stayed there 7 days prior and was never asked ...If you check my stay history you will see it's always been a good experience..I've always gave Teresa great reviews and she has always treated me with respect and like a valued customer . It's a close convenient getaway for my wife and I but it was a bad day there and stressful to both of us . Thousands of dollars later im not sure if it's gonna be the place for holiday escapes
