Room for improvement

Liked: I can understand the need for more professionals and formalities in the hotel business. Staff is trained in the right direction. I was charged on the app and then again upon arrival. Did not plan on a 1 night stay to be doubled in cost. The clerk was a young lady that was very polite and courteous assured my refund minus my pet deposit would be received in 10 days.
Disliked: That there were a lot of suspicious people allowed to hang around the property, which made it pretty nerve racking and could not get assistance for my television in the roo

Disliked: Room was dirty. Smelled like cigarettes even though it was a non-smoking room. Hotel staff attempted to walk into my room at 1am while I was in bed. Thankfully I had the latch closed so he could only open it a crack. I couldn’t sleep after that.

Liked: I liked the kitchenette which was an unexpected bonus I didn't realize was available when I was booking the room. The room was a nice, cozy size and the heating unit kept the room at a very steady, comfortable temperature despite an especially cold snap.
Disliked: The bed was a little harder than I'm used to.

Liked: Our room was a nightmare, broken furniture and unkempt. It seemed like a poorly cleaned room. The odor in the room and lobby was horrible. We couldn't stay and recommend that you don't!!!
Disliked: Everything was awful.
