Terrible for the price

Liked: There is no shampoo, only one soap like for wash clothe smell terrible, no utilities tower quality por , very desaponte, I use to stay on this hotel, and now I will think to stop .

Liked: It was a bed to sleep on a shower to bathe in
Disliked: The room had a wet smell to it. I had to wait 20m to get the afterhours staff to open the door so I could check in.

Uncooperative, and dirty

Disliked: I went to check in. Then I saw the conditions of the room. The pull out sofa had stains on it, and I left within a half hour. I asked front desk to refund me. They said I had to go through booking.com. Booking.com said the hotel is disputing reimbursing me. No reason I did not stay at the establishment.

Liked: So as we arrived at this location after our son college hockey playoff game that ended at like 11:30 pm we booked this room that was very expensive but booked it anyway . As we arrived at 1:30 am we entered through a single glass door into this little room with a phone on the way saying to call #500 which we did and as we were on the phone we could here the phone ringing behind check in counter which no one pickedup . Then the call was transferred to like a call center in which that person could not reach anyone for a long period of time . But eventually did . So when the young man arrived with another man and checked us in we could smell a very strong odor of drugs . As we made our way through the hotel hallway smelling strong odor of drugs we arrived at our room to discover no shampoo or conditioner and our tv didn’t work . The next morning the front office didn’t open until 10 am . So there was no one to call about our tv or to see about shampoo with check out at 11 am . It was a horrible experience and we didn’t realize to the next morning as we checked out and entered our car that we noticed that people had their personal belongings in several windows as if they lived there long term . It’s a very unsafe environment for guests and their families . Also as we arrived at 1:30 am there were people/ tenants flying drones in the parking lot lot over our heads as we were entering the single door entrance to this hotel . Bbq grill’s in and throughout the landscape. .
Disliked: This was a horrible experience experienced and not safe for myself our my wife .

Better book an airbnb

Liked: The staff is really sweet and great, the room has a great space.
Disliked: The hotel smells awful. The room is so smelly that our uber thought we were doing weed.
