Disliked: I left a message online and also called the day before my stay and let the hotel know that I would be arriving late around 2am or after. No one said a word other than ok, when u get here, pick up the phone and dial 500 and u will be checked in. Arrived around 2:15, picked up the phone to only be told that the night audit had already started and that there was nothing they could do. That I was out a room and my money. I had my son with me, all the rooms around us were booked. Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

Disliked: The room smelled like moisture Breakfast was just coffee and some cookies and cakes so I didn't take anything

I love the place especially...

Liked: They should add bread and boiled eggs on the menu, and provide bread toasters.
Disliked: House keepers should replace towels every morning

Disliked: The woman that was checking me in I wish I got her name but didn't was very rude to me and she actually yelled at me while she was checking my son in, I told her it might be in my name bc I did all the reservations and she actually screamed at me, that I needed to wait, then when I checked in she laid my keys on the counter and never told me anything, not how to get to my room not if I needed anything where and how I would get it NOTHING. I asked her is this it and she said yes, so I figured it out on my own, I was very upset with her my check in was around 3pm on August 3rd, a lady had just clocked out and she just started her shift, other than that I had an incredible time and was very pleased with the hotel
