Every bit of our clothes stunk like cigarettes. No dishes or glasses - guess you have to request them.

Liked: Rooms were close together initially.
Disliked: Cleanliness - bedbugs, roaches. Lack of typical hotel amenities. Breakfast was not included although advertised as part of the price. Adult autistic sons were traumatized - one had bedbugs bites on his torso; the other couldn't sleep after he heard what sounded like a gun shot.

Liked: room was nice
Disliked: Amazing how one person at the hotel can sour the whole experience. I checked in at the front desk, and was not happy with the experience. The pool was closed, and check in person acted like it was my fault for not not seeing notice on web site stating as much. Then I asked for help logging in with the wi fi, and I was treated very poorly.

Disliked: Didn't know there would not be shampoo, coffee, or breakfast at the hotel.

Disliked: Booking site said breakfast included. No breakfast or even coffee available.
