Disliked: The roaches

Disliked: The only good thing about this hotel is its proximity to Fort Jackson. Unfortunately, everything else was disappointing. Our room had a cockroach, and the bed sheets were dirty. When we brought it up to the front desk, the staff didn’t seem to care and were not friendly or helpful. The lack of cleanliness and poor customer service made our stay uncomfortable. I wouldn’t stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it to others despite the convenient location.

Disliked: Nothing… the hot water didn’t work… I had to be switch to different rooms just for the water to still be cold.. there’s roaches all over the building… the heat doesn’t work in all the rooms.. house keeping does a poor job cleaning up.. there was Chicken under my bed.. and open can of Mike harder in the fridge…
