Liked: Decent.
Disliked: Called to rearrange my dates , they said they’d fix and they’d make sure they were switched. We got there and we didn’t have a room. The room was for the night prior. And when I tried telling them , they said it never happened and I never called. And they were all booked so we couldn’t stay. Mind you we were there for a couple hours for a military graduation.

Great auxiliary staff

Liked: The housekeepers and the maintenance man, Rob, are very friendly and helpful. Rob went out of his way to fix a problem with the ac unit. We were hot for part of the evening and all night. My mom is 71 years old, and Rob realized the importance of our situation right away. We clean our room, but the housekeepers provide help promptly if we need something. Rob and the housekeepers are the best.
Disliked: I prefer to speak negativity about people.

Liked: Bed linen was clean, Bathroom was clean.
Disliked: The Room stunk of Cigarette Smoke. It was to be a Smoke free Room. Check out procedure was not explained at all. Not sure how to drop or place room keys.
