Disliked: It was dirty ,no coffee in the whole building. Had to wait almost 30 minutes for someone to check me in.

Disliked: The hall, elevator and the room was smelling really bad. Card keys stopped working multiple times, it is extremely difficult during after 9 as no one is at the front desk. Had to wait for some guest to open the door

Disliked: I waited to check in for a long time bc nobody is at the front desk to take care of people who check in after 9:40.

Bed bugs and dirty room.

Disliked: I walked into a dirty room. Blood stains on my bedding which explains the bed bugs I found. They did offer to switch rooms but I was so afraid I immediately left and waited in the parking lot across the way. I was told I’d be refunded by Booking.com. I’m expecting a full refund.

Liked: I just wanted a night away without paying a ton for a room, this did just fine. The gal at front desk was very nice, let me borrow a hair dryer, did not know there was not one in the room. First time staying at an extended place. I had things I wanted to do in Mentor and I know the area.
Disliked: all was fine.
