Liked: I didn't like anything. I have asthma and when we checked in I smelled something at the front desk but I just thought it was something. I don't know exactly what it was but we got to our room and I opened the door. And oh my gosh, the smell of bug bed bug spray. It was so strong that I couldn't breathe. Almost had an asthma attack so I closed up the door and we left and went back to the clerk at the office and told her that I have asthma. I can't stand this room. It's filled with bed bugs spraying. She said yes that it had been sprayed that day and I asked for another room and there was none available. So I said I can't stay here. Can I get a refund and she said it would have to be done through booking.com which I've tried to get a hold of you to tell you that I did not stay so I would like a refund of my stay. There's no way I could stay plus they had no rooms available. That was a big chunk of money just to walk into one room and then walk right back out. The smell was overpowering. I have never ever been in a situation like this so I had to leave but I would like somebody to contact me about a refund. I did email the customer service department that you have but I haven't heard anything back. But no, I'm not satisfied with this hotel at all. Thank you
Disliked: The hotel smelled like bed bug spray and I asked the lady and she said it was sprayed that day but I could not stay in the room because I have asthma and it was so overpowering that just the smell was it was terrible. I have never ever been in a situation like this so I'm asking for a refund back on my stay
