Liked: I don't like it all, hidden fees and don't say the truth about the installations ,and say breakfast included,and is no breakfast.

Liked: The location was close walking distance to the Allstate venue.
Disliked: The property is run down. The hallways smell like feet. The room, beds, the bathroom is run down. I think the staff do their best to maintain the property but it’s not an ideal place to stay for more than 1 or 2 days.

Liked: The property was very dirty, they put me on a main floor room and the window would not lock. The air-conditioning was not working, so we just checked out and went to a different hotel.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Nothing. There was no reservation for me but my card was charged.
Disliked: I submitted a request to customer service to get a refund. I couldn't to stay at the hotel as they did not have my reservation on file. There was NO room for me. I have been ripped off!

Passable

Liked: I liked the location. It was close to the allstate arena that we could walk to it.
Disliked: No coffee in the room.
