disturbing,
Liked: they people was sort of friendly,
Disliked: I got there and they wanted to put me on 3 rd floor after requesting the 1 st floor due to knee replacement, 2 I was expected to use 2 towels for 2 people and when asked for more they said it would cost 1.75 per towel per day, the charge for dogs was expensive at 25 a night. Your paying for a top knotch hotel and 2 star rating, There is no breakfest like adversised, no coffee pots in room, no cups for custmors to make there own or coffee or pots in rooms like stated earlier. The parking lot was not cleaned of slush while the side walks was sort of. really disappointed in this place will not attempt to stay or will not recommend this fly by night hotel. There is also no staff after 10 pm I think, it was, just a message board stating times and numbers, I had people arguing at 230 am inside and then people outside after that,

Liked: Walking distance to our destination. They gave us an extra hour after check out.
Disliked: No coffee anywhere. Never had stayed where the front desk was closed from 10pm to 10am.Yes there was a phone to call if needed anything.

Good Lodging for a Good...
Liked: How cheap the stay was compared to other hotels around, how nearby it is to shopping centres and restaurants
Disliked: The mattress was a little too firm for my tastes, and the pillows were a little too soft for my taste, but that doesnt really diminish my experience here in any way

Disappointing
Liked: The ladies in the front desk. Very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Cleanliness:sticky and dirty floors.Toiletries: only a bar soap in the bathroom.Noisy guests.

Not going to book with...
Liked: They reimbursed the cost of my room.
Disliked: They have communication problems. I informed them I would be arriving 11pm- midnight as they asked. I was told everything was set for my stay. I had until 6pm to cancel. I show up at midnight and the lobby is closed and a man on the phone says he cannot help me as they lock up at 10pm and I was considered a no show but still charged for not canceling by 6pm. After the run around over the phone with the hotel operators that night and the following day, I showed up the next day while still in town and was able to get refunded upon explaining the situation. This incident was made more difficult being that I was traveling with my wife and 11 month old son. We ended up at a Holiday Inn as an agent with Booking.com was able to direct us to a hotel with availability and a staffed lobby. The price was similar but just from the lobby I could see it was a better option. The ratings I gave this hotel are based on just what I seen in the lobby, I cannot say how the accommodations actually are as I never seen the room and ended up at the Holiday Inn.
