Disliked: It was not clean, it was supposed to be smoke free but it reeked of pot and cigarettes. The room was dingy, the burners were rusted. I coughed so much I left the property after being there 40minutes max. The staff wouldn’t check me out, he said it would check out for tomorrow. Never offered a refund.

Disliked: The elevator sounded like it was about to fall apart when it was going up, had to pay an additional hundred dollar security deposit on top that wasn’t mentioned when booked.

Disliked: It was a total rip off; $168 plus $25 for a pet for one night! I checked out early but had to pay for the 2 nd night as it was after 11:00 am when I voiced my complaints to the staff. I could not stand to stay there one more night in a horrible dump. A two day stay cost me $368.00 for a complete dump of a motel. The paint on the walls was chipping; the room had a nasty smell. I didn’t want to touch anything in the room as it was not clean and definitely not sterilized. The room pictures were not accurate representative of what the room was really like.The board of health needs to investigate as the lobby’s ceiling was leaking horribly. No breakfast as advertised… stay away from this dump.Booking.com did not provide a good deal… it was the worst motel in experience and I will never go through booking.com again.
