Liked: The clerk was pleasant. The rooms appeared to be clean. Upon closer inspection. Floors were filthy. Roaches in the shower. One actually fell out the sealing while my grand daughter was showering and landed on her chest mid shower. We were there staying local to celebrate her 12th birthday. Needless to say there wasn't anyone to complain to in the am. The morning clerk was rude to my daughter and was inpatient while we tried to pack up. After I had already told him we had two rooms and three children so it was gonna be a few extra minutes.

The worst place I’ve stayed...

Liked: The property is terrible and nasty roaches everywhere mold, and bathroom mold on the ceiling mold on the wall. Roaches everywhere roaches meet you at the dough you chicken in all the furniture in the room is old not modern or up-to-date. It’s a waste of time and a waste of money, the elevator is messed up hard to close and come up the hallway smells like ass and old people and his junkies all around the hotel. It’s a terrible place to be. Please do not stay here. It’s not worth the money or time. I just felt unclean being here wasn’t able to get my money back that had to speak to somebody for me to get a refund because I did not like the room what it looks like on the picture is totally different from when you walk into the room the floors are nasty and dirty. The maids do not really clean the room, so please do not stay here, stay away from my place like this do not be treated by the picture on the brochure.
Disliked: Everything the most nastiest place you could ever stay not worth the money or the time roaches everywhere they meet you at the door when you check in and they do not like to give refunds when you ask them that you want your money back or you do not want to stay in this filthy place they make up excuses so that you don’t have a choice but to stay here.mold everywhere,roaches everywhere by far the worst place you can stay might as well be at homeless shelter.

Disliked: Someone was making loud noises both mornings and two of your permanent residents came and threatened me and my girlfriend for noise we weren’t making. You should take a serious look at who is occupying your facility. I will never stay there again without exercising my carry conceal license. You have straight up shady people staying at your facility. Lower level residents threatened to come back up to my room for noise I wasn’t making and told me I “ wouldn’t like it if they came back. Pretty sad on y’all’s part and there was no one there working the front desk to report this to. Door was down at the check in.

Liked: I need somewhere to stay because my original hotel was hit by a hurricane and lost all power. I had to find somewhere at short notice…….I should have slept in the car.
Disliked: The noise, the uncomfortable bed, the disgusting bathroom and especially the insects on and in the bed. This hotel was very much over priced but that was to be expected considering lack of availability but…….easily the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.
