Never again

Liked: I have never seen so many cockroaches in my life … I seen them crawling on my hanging uniform Roaches on my pillows I did not sleep all night …. Used the bathroom in the morning only to find out no running water … room was very dirty and unpleasant. Went to front desk and told them I was checking and to refund the next 2 days of my booking …… haven’t received anything !!!!!!!!

Disliked: The bathroom shower curtain is not long enough for the shower and the floor was completely wet and o couldn’t find a garbage can at all.

Great location. Wonderful staff.

Liked: The hardest working staff in North Charleston. Amber is so helpful! Zariah (Nariah) went above abd beyond helping me with a booking situation. What is amazes me is that all of the front desk staff not only work the front desk but handle the upkeep of the hotel. They do alot but they get the job done.
