Liked: It was close to the interstate and the staff was friendly.
Disliked: The room was falling apart. The shelving was delaminating. There was ink all over the chair. The bathtub was disgusting. The bathroom sink, shower faucet, and toilet were all leaking/ running constantly. The first floor smelled like a moldy ashtray. It was probably the most disgusting name brand hotel I have ever booked. I left immediately and went to a different hotel.

Disliked: We are a non-profit organization that was trying to help a homeless man with a place to stay until his room at the shelter was ready. We are out of state so could not go in person and reserve the room. Booking was the night of so it was non-refundable. The homeless man ended up not staying because he had a pet and the person I spoke to that night on the phone said that I would be getting a refund due to the man not staying and the room not being used. A month in and I call to check on it, and was told since he refused to leave his pet or pay the deposit no refund would be issued. As a nonprofit with little money I'm really disappointed in the treatment we received. Now we have less to help those who really need it!
