Liked: The pics online are outdated. There is NO coffee bar nor any of the other stuff listed in the description. No “kid friendly buffet” no “coffee bar”. Just a metal door at the lobby office that looked like a jail cell
Disliked: Front lobby office was closed from 10:00pm to 10:00am

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: I never stay here. They just cancel my booking and refuse to refund. So just still my money and leave me on the street.

Liked: Nothing we walked in and it stunk went into the room and found at least 6 cockroaches
Disliked: Everything it was dirty run down

Liked: NOTHING. Everything about this place is BAD
Disliked: This place is unprofessional and they take advantage of customers by running a scam. DO NOT MAKE A RESERVATION WITH THIS HORRIBLE PLACE. One month before my trip, I made a reservation. When I tried to check in I was told that the hotel was overbooked and that they did not have any room available even though I already had a reservation. I was left in the street to find somewhere else to stay that was double the price of the original reservation so I went into debt because of this situation. Today I found out this hotel still charged me even though they did not let me stay because they overbooked.This place should NOT be doing business with Booking.com if they will not honor their agreement to the reservations. It should be AGAINST THE LAW for them to collect money without offering any service. Please do NOT take your family here. Besides the horrible experience that I endured and the lack of support and no customer service, the place looked super dirty, NOT safe, and smelled like drugs.

Horrible room

Liked: The staff was great!
Disliked: Roach infestation. Used nearly a whole can of roach spray.Slept with lights on and clothes on. Didn't sleep well as I had to reapply roach spray as new roaches came in. Did not cook anything as I knew it would attract more roaches.

Great Service and friendly staff,,...

Liked: staff was extremely friendly and accommodating considering how bad a shape the hotel was in.
Disliked: short staffed, the room key never worked. had to have the person at front desk escort and open door every time we left room and returned. the lobby was closed and had to call most of the time to find someone to come down to lobby to open our door. the TV didn't work for anyone in the hotel.
