Liked: Room was dirty with broken glass in the floor and the fridge had molding food in it. Bed was not clean.

Non existent never made it...

Liked: Nothing did get to stay there. They refused to let me check in
Disliked: Rude staff they did not care to help and basically told me they wouldn't help me or allow me the room i paid for

Liked: Staff was courteous and helpful. I was able to get checked in and get to my assigned room with ease.
Disliked: The room offers a stove but seems to be out of order, no burners were installed.

Short and not sweet

Liked: Staff - the desk manager was professional, helpful, and was on top of her game.
Disliked: Finding tweezers in my bed. The blinds were broken. The input on the tv was not set properly. The desk manager had to come help. The baseboards were held together with rusty staples. The walls were very thin. I could hear my neighbor’s tv and it was set at a very normal volume.
