Liked: It was a large room.
Disliked: I was lied to by the front desk attendant about getting my deposit back upon check out. When I went to check out the next morning, there was no one at the desk to help with checkout until 10 am which is absolutely absurd considering most people do not stay that long. There was another person that had been waiting there for over an hour when we came down to checkout. They advertise as being pet friendly but there was no grass in sight for my service dog to relieve herself. They said there was a trash can with waste bags for dogs on the property but there were no waste bags there with the can so it was completely useless unless you had your own bags. The other guests were allowed to be obnoxiously loud very late into the night and someone else’s child tried to enter our room when we were walking in for the first time. The floors were filthy and sticky everywhere you went. There was half a bowl of what appeared to be Mac and cheese spilled in the lobby and nobody around to clean it up or care about it.

Disliked: Roaches in the bathroom. Blood on the shower curtain. Coach was broken. Towels were nasty. You have to pay clean towels and sheets. Do not recommend.

Disliked: The upkeep of the hotel was extremely poor, stains in carpets bathroom floors up…. Couch tore up etc.
