Quality and price range needs...

Liked: My stay was ok for the location and the price was ok, but it wasn't to clean, remote control didn't have a backing for the battery, one of the towels had hairs on it, looked like pubic hair, phone in the room was missing a cord, kitchen wall, microwave, and refrigerator, carpet have stains on them, kitchen light fixture was hanging down, kitchen countertop was not cleaned off, air vent fan in bathroom is full of dust and tub wasn't cleaned out well, only put 2-3 pillows on a queen bed and one pillow was laying on the recliner with no pillow case.
Disliked: The location and the price could have been a little bit lower for the quality.

Exceptional

It was ok just for...

Liked: The bed slept comfortably and it was clean, & the shower was good that’s about all I can think about except for only giving us 1 roll of tissue & 1 trash bag.
Disliked: The elevator was messed up & I had to walk All the way to the 3rd floor and I’m pregnant. Then early Sat morning around 6am the fire alarm went off and it wasn’t no fire waking me up and causing me to have to run down 3 flights of stairs again which was very tiring. Then I felt it was crazy that we booked for 2nights & they wanted to charge us to get another set of towels and rags the next night like we wanted to use the same set both nights that was unprofessional because it’s like we already a new guest then we already had to pay a $100 deposit it was so many red flags and I’m not sure if this will be an establishment I would consider using again when I come back and visit until them problems are fixed because again as a pregnant woman I felt like that was too much & I never seen a motel that don’t provide bar soap this was my 1st experience with everything. No motel I ever went to charged me for a new towel and rag nor did they not provide a few amenities.

Disliked: We changed room 3 times. 1st time, toilet didn’t work, 2nd time room hadn’t been cleaned, and third time bathroom had staining on counter and bath tub. In the kitchen only one isle worked on stove top and the stove top had no indication line of the temperature it was on. Staff was rude and they were never available at front desk , big metal window gate always down.
