Liked: The location was the beat thing. The staff that checked me in was nice as well.
Disliked: You had to pay for clean towelsThe didn't have dishes like the website saysThe rooms were small

Liked: Reasonable price, quiet.
Disliked: Elevator broken and I had to carry 11 bags upstairs.Drink machine was empty.

Liked: I like that the room was very clean. The bed was made very nearly.
Disliked: The hallway was dirty. It had a really bad smell like urine

Liked: Convenient to the highway. Adequate parking. Room was clean & soundproof from outside noise. Allows pets
Disliked: $100 security deposit required. Elevator broken. No ground floor rooms available. Security lock on back door either wouldn’t open with key card or couldn’t be shut. Fridge in room was full size, ancient, loud & even on highest setting did not keep food cold. Ceiling sprinkles had little lights on all night. Apparently has had many fires because the back of entry door was covered with ‘in case of fire’ warnings & protocols but no info on checkout times. Front desk not very responsive or closed

Liked: Convenient location, clean, comfortable room, and friendly staff.
Disliked: The check-in process was a disaster. I was there for an hour before getting to my room. No one was at the window after 10pm to provide check-in service, then when someone came, she was unable to check me in. She was very friendly, but not trained and ready to be on her own. She got another employee who was off to come in and get me checked in. Both employees were very friendly, but it took entirely too long to get into a room. There needs to be an employee on staff who knows how to check people in even when it is late.

Disliked: I really want all my money back to be honest. It's ridiculous to have to pay for wifi. 2 people in a room 1 bed with 3 of the world flattest pillows. Front office tell me wait on housekeeping to come in to get another pillow...so I waited the next day for housekeeping and they tell me go to front office...NOT EVEN A QUEEN SIZE BED ....no breakfast at all..no iron for clothes..no coffee...no blow dryer for women hair...I'LL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN "REFUND ME PLEASE"
