Liked: Nothing. It advertises breakfast but at check in you are informed no breakfast or coffee. False advertisement and need to update website to reflect the information.
Disliked: See above complaint. Poorly managed and everything rusty and dirty. A slum run property.

Liked: Nothing is was all bad
Disliked: The smell from the parking lot to the room was disgusting! The front desk was very rude! The front desk kept leaving the they’re post and had multiple people waiting for service for long periods of time! The room was super dirty! The room stink! The refrigerator was dirty and stink! Everything looked rusty and dirty in the room! The bed had a bug in it! The tub look old and dirty! The microwave was rusty and dirty!

Liked: The woman who checked us in was great. Super friendly and professional, and she was dealing with a lot ( fire alarm went off as we walked in) she needs a raise.
Disliked: Room was dirty bathroom had bugs in it

Horrible stay with only brightside...

Liked: What breakfast, it was no longer offered due to a "take over" and we were not notified.
Disliked: No breakfast offered, not notified before we arrived. The facilities are a dump, the room smelled like mold and my son woke up covered in bed bug bites. Most awful hotel I have ever stayed in.
