Liked: The location is great for my work
Disliked: Room was infested with roaches and spiders. At any other time, I would have left the hotel. I also doubted that another room would be better, so I bought spray and must have killed 50+.

How can they not provide...

Liked: It is so dirty. Additionally when I arrived there wasn’t anyone in Lobby I called them I was told just to wait for 5 min someone would be there to checked me in . I ended up calling 7 times and waiting them more than 30 min, even the last call their manger hung up the phone because he refused to cancel my reservation which I ended up just waiting with no choice. It was worse experience ever and run my night

Terrible, never again.

Liked: The front street location , overlook of all the beautiful tall buildings outside. The check in was easy since I booked online.
Disliked: Nobody was at the front desk , they charge for towels , they charge for pots and pans , ROACHESSSSSSSSSS AND WE WERE ATTACKED BY A DOG AT THIS LOCATION AND NO FOLLOW UP ! !!!!!!
