Disliked: The elevator was broken and we had to take the stairs. Due to limited mobility, I asked to change to a room on the ground floor, and they had the audacity to up charge me for the change of room. This was the most ridiculous thing I had ever heard. How can you charge me because your elevator is broken?

Very disappointed in the lack...

Liked: What breakfast at 10 minutes till 7 am there was nothing. Your elevator was out and had been for quite some time. We had 3 handicap ladies having to climb up to the 3rd floor with a service dog.
Disliked: They wouldn’t refund so we could find a place with handicap so we had no choice but to stay here because we have lost everything in a hurricane and fund are really tight and unfortunately you where the only place we had been able to find.

Liked: The location was close enough to our family that we were visiting and the price was reasonable. The room itself was clean and adequate for our short stay.
Disliked: The elevator wasn’t working and we had to use the stairs to bring our luggage to the 4th floor. There was random items of garbage in the stairwell and the property.
