Would not recommend this hotel

Disliked: No hot water the whole stay. No coffee maker in the room. No answer at the front desk when called. Staff was decent but not very friendly Felt like should have discounted the stay due to water problem

Important! Needs Operations Planning

Liked: clean, close to the Sportsplex complex
Disliked: hot water system damaged on Saturday and we had no hot water Saturday and Sunday. The laundry room was closed because of this issue as well. No promt action to solve this major issue. And the wrap and go Sunday's breakfast was Saturday's leftover. The answer to this was replenish will be on Monday. I understand noon of these are staff issues but management. The place was soldout

Liked: We love staying here, inexpensive nice alternative to staying at Hard Rock but still being close.
Disliked: Everything is great!
