Liked: The front desk staff was super nice
Disliked: The elevators were not working had to walk up 4 flights of stairs to get to our room.. and there was lack of toiletries in the bathroom, ie. soap, shampoo, etc. No dish soap (other extended stays provided these items)

I will never stay there...

Liked: The room and hotel were clean.
Disliked: The night desk attendant was quite rude. I came in around 1:30 am and was immediately informed that she'd "have to redo my reservation because I booked Saturday and now it's Sunday" and when she was finished she handed me my room card and said "You're on the 4th floor, but I have to let you know now we are fully booked and the elevator is broken. Would you like me to cancel your reservation?". Lady, what? It's almost 2 am you want I should sleep in my car? Super rude.Also, towels were threadbare and for the whole of my stay there were bags of trash and dirty linens lining the hallway. Not for a few minutes, DAYS. Picture included below.
