It is too bad the highest rating is 5. This one would be a 10 - our room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was wonderful and the staff was beyond perfect. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

Superb

Affordable but I have regrets

Liked: The rooms are large and the kitchenette is nice though you need to get all dishes from reception. The water pressure and temperature in the shower was great. Fairly convenient to get to the city centre and in/out of Washington state. I appreciated the on-site parking too.
Disliked: The area is dirty and I didn’t really feel safe to take a walk through the neighborhood. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything in the halls and next door. It’s a family friendly hotel so expect crying babies and toddler tantrums and pets are allowed so you can sometimes hear barking. The beds are horribly uncomfortable. It felt like sleeping on cardboard on the floor. I left feeling exhausted from being woken up by all the noises and sore from the beds. Oh and the included breakfast is really just coffee, tea, muffins and granola bars. Use the kitchenette in your room if you want something filling.

Liked: The only positive was the kind staff.
Disliked: Worst breakfast ever, with very hard beds, and uncomfortable. Noise throughout the night. Looks like a home for homeless people especially the rooms on the first/ground floor
