It is too bad the highest rating is 5. This one would be a 10 - our room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was wonderful and the staff was beyond perfect. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

Very good

Fair for the price, only...

Liked: Not as bad as other reviews made it seem. Security in parking lot seems to be increased. Fair price for allowing a pet. Staff was friendly.
Disliked: Lamp didn’t work because wall socket was loose/broken. Bathroom looked clean but smelled weird, I wore flip flops in the shower. Lamp shade had mold or something on it.

Bad

It was good:

Liked: Kitchen area inside the room was a great. It’s was clean and staff was nice.
Disliked: A lot of people hanging around outside.

I had an overall alright...

Liked: The rooms looked nice, they had good security, and they had a alright small gym that gets the job done. (If you like working out in a hot area)
Disliked: The elevator was a little nerve-racking, I felt a little nervous going on the elevator. It definitely could have a little work done to it. The construction going on around the time of my stay. The beds were EXTREMELY uncomfortable. They were very very tough. Felt like I was laying on the floor with a few blankets under me.

Very good

Liked: Recently updated and clean in comparison to the Vancouver facility.
Disliked: Location did have rolling security patrol, but general area of Portland make a person feel uneasy.

Exceptional

Liked: The rooms were fantastic with the kitchenettes.
Disliked: Na

Poor

Liked: They allowed a cat. Most hotels would not.
Disliked: Scares area. Lots of homeless.

This was a great stay...

Liked: Staff was nice and accommodating. They work well given the situation placed upon the location. Security was always on patrol. Gym was adequately equipped. The room was spacious and the water pressure was good.
Disliked: The bed was a bit different for my liking but manageable.
