Liked: Location was great, close to everything.
Disliked: Shower took forever to get warm.

Liked: There were hairs on my sink counter. There were hairs in my shower. People have dog mats and trash in the hallways. It smells like mildew and mold. If you’re looking for a clean, quiet hotel, this is not the place.
Disliked: The people above me were fighting and arguing and slamming doors until 3 o’clock in the morning. I got a terrible night of sleep and I will never stay an extended stay ever again.

Liked: My comforter had blood stain. So I slept without a comforter.

No redeeming qualities, not worth...

Liked: Breakfast was dark/light roasted coffee, sweetened and regular half and half...packaged rolls, vending machines. Nothing compared to other hotels I have stayed in around the Port Charlotte area. Front desk clerk was friendly. Cleaning staff was friendly.
Disliked: The elevator was dirty, duct taped to keep the tile from coming up. The blower was sitting in the hallway for two days? The back door was kept open with a rock??? The room was clean but just adequate. Stove was broken! Refrigerator was just cool...not cold the entire time. The thermostat kept reading ERROR? Lack of water pressure in the shower. Reported this to staff when I left. Coffee pot broke but they replaced it. Quite frankly we were very disappointed and will not be staying in a ESA again!!!

Liked: staff were nice and the bed was comfortable
Disliked: Room smelled musty and of cleaning products, first room they gave me was hot humid and the thermostat did not work the second room was better but the overall cleaniness was poor. The bed side lamps had rust on them and there were no dishes in the kitchen area.

Liked: Location was the only advantage. There really wasn't a continental breakfast, not even decaf coffee. Room was disabled, no carpet. Floor was dirty.

Was okay. Had been wanting...

Liked: Unfortunately, did not have the opportunity to have breakfast. Ends too early.
Disliked: Had almost 2 days with out internet connection. Unfortunately, only one elevator for entire building.
