Disliked: $100 deposit in addition the room rate. Was not aware of this till I checked in, should be released before redress madeIn addition was told deposit would be refunded next day: when I checked out was told 7 - 10 days??? I took pictures of room before we left.

Smooth and pleasant experience.

Liked: Location and the rooms are nice. Also front desk was so quick nice and helpful.
Disliked: No complaints.

Hotel staff super friendly but...

Liked: Location was great, close to restaurants and shopping. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The elevator and floors were extremely dirty. The first room we got booked in we immediately saw roaches before even unpacking our bags. The second room the bathtub looked filthy, the wall paint in the bathroom was painted over in a different shade to where you could absolutely tell it had been painted over for some reason in patchy areas. The floor felt grimy, and the whole room retained a very strong smell of food; either from the previous tenant or a surrounding one, but it was that way for all the days that we were there. Overall the cleanliness of the hotel was awful and disgusting honestly.

Liked: Cooktop in room, along with nice bathroom amenities. Lampshades with USB ports and plenty of lighting throughout the studio.
Disliked: Bugs of some sort - Baseboards behind bed - Room 430 - Floor 4. Did tell staff and they said they'd get the room treated. Moved me to a similar room. Happy overall
