Disliked: Staff was unattendable, room was not clean,, advertised breakfast was none, only one elevator for the whole hotel

Disappointing

Didn’t even get to stay!...

Disliked: Showed up at 1pm to check in. We were told not till 3pm. We traveled a good distance for a wedding that was going on. When we arrive back to the hotel about 10pm, we tried to check in. The guy at the counter smirked and said hold on I have to go check the room (didn’t tell us why). Comes back down and says that room is under maintenance that we can’t stay there. Asked for another room and we were told they were all booked for the night! I was very frustrated with the whole situation due to we booked this in advance about a month out. They were not very pleasant people either. Thank goodness we were able to find another room at another hotel near by with all that traveling we did.

Disliked: The power went out couldn’t sleep my son has a sleep machine and he has to b on it due to having severe sleep apnea and the front desk had no clue on how long it was gonna b off and they were rude about it and we didn’t get much sleep that night and having to leave the next morning on a few hrs of sleep was not a good thing

Liked: Location was good
Disliked: It was filthy. Shower had mold, food spilled in the fridge, rotten food under the chair, mud on the walls. I slept on my coat in my clothes. It was 1:00am when I checked in and I had a flight to catch at 4:00am. I needed to shut my eyes for a second. Otherwise I would have been gone looking for another hotel.

I liked the price, however...

Liked: Liked the fact that you offer extended stays with a better value.
Disliked: Upon entrance, the lobby smelled like garbage.Not sure if it always smells, but it was awful. The hallways and elevators were dirty, smelled of weed. Litter and, cigarette butts on the floors.

not sure i would stay...

Liked: The guy in the morning was very nice. and the pool was clean
Disliked: I had to wear socks the entire room it did not seem as tho the floor was cleaned, the overall hotel was dirty. And we were placed with a shower when the room showed a tub. We had a toddler. when asking to switch she wasnt very nice about it we understand that the hotel was sold out as she stated it is the way we were told.

Disliked: No continental breakfast. Very loud at night.
