Disliked: Elevator didn’t workHad to carry all luggage up 4 floors Room smelled insanely heavy of chemical cleaners which made it hard for me to breathe and gave me an insane headache.Switched rooms to a room with no curtains so the parking lot lights kept me up all night with a headache from smelling heavy chemical cleaner.Contacted management to discuss and was treated very poorly , accused of lying , out on hold for long periods purposely and eventually hung up on. Contacted guest relations at corporate number and was they treated me a lot more professionally. Offered my money back after I contact booking.com

Disliked: Elevator was broken. Put on top floor and had to carry luggage up and down. No offers of help. I have had both knees replaced and open heat surgery.
