Liked: The only benefit of this hotel was how close it was to Broadway st
Disliked: The staff could of been friendlier, and the hotel could of made sure to have enough cooking supplies for every room.

Waste of money, should’ve stayed...

Liked: They’re supposed to provide kitchenware to your room. For one of our rooms when we asked for the kitchenware they put it inside a plastic tub and said we had to bring it up to our room ourselves , then Four out of the five rooms that we booked were told they didn’t have enough kitchenware by the front desk, but the maintenance man said they had more than enough and that The front desk guy just didn’t wanna wash it . So the maintenance man gave us more than enough kitchenware for our rooms that the front desk said they supposedly didn’t have .Also,For one of our rooms out of the 5 we had to wait almost an hour and a half after check in time to be able to check in after driving almost 9 hours. And the front desk had no answers or an estimated time of when we’d be able to check in and it seemed like an inconvenience for them when we asked if the room was ready. The first guy we had to deal with was incredibly rude. One of the cleaning ladies put her hand in my nephew’s face when he was trying to ask if there was a bathroom and walked away. The staff there is just incredibly rude and unhelpful. They advertise continental breakfast, but their breakfast literally consist of oatmeal, a breakfast bar a orange and coffee. Honestly, I’d steer clear of the extended stay spend a little extra money and go somewhere else.

Clean, comfortable, good customer service

Liked: We had a very clean and comfortable stay. Location is convenient to Vanderbilt’s children’s hospital, the reason for our stay. Check in/out was easy. There is a small snack bar with some packages muffins, granola bars, coffee, etc for a grab n go breakfast. Parking is a little tight, but it is also free, which is a plus in this area. We did have some issues when we paid through booking.com and then were additionally charged through the hotel for our stay. However, the district manager reached out to rectify this after we had some difficulty figuring out the issue. We do plan on staying again for our upcoming hospital trips.
