Liked: Clean rooms, good amenities for your room with a clean laundry room.
Disliked: Though there was a bell to call an attendant at the front desk, sometimes wait times were a bit long but understandable during off times.

Liked: Location was good. Staff was excellent very accommodating within their means
Disliked: No vending machines. Coffee for only 3 hours. Continental breakfast consistently was blueberry or chocolate prepackaged muffin, apple/cinnamon or strawberry prepackaged breakfast bars and coffee.

Liked: Ok location, 7-10 minute walk to the free metro thing in the sky to get around town. Alright walk into shops. Supermarket just across the road. Better than the chaos of South Beach.
Disliked: No change for the washing machine available, needed to download and use an app, or use a credit card. As a tourist, I do not want to be using my credit card due to charges and currency conversion fees, and as a ludite I don't want another bloody app, especially to use a washing machine or dryer. What you provide should not be called 'breakfast'.
