Liked: The customer service was excellent.
Disliked: I decided to fill the ice trays, since there was no ice machine. After spilling some water on the floor, I took the towel and wiped up the spill. The towel was black from dirt on the floor. I don't think the floor had been mopped in a very long time.

Liked: Location is good. Parking is ok.
Disliked: WI-Fi was very slowly and unstabil - terible. I have visited many hotels around the world but nowhere was so bad.When I complained about it, they told me to call the company that runs it!When I wrote a review that the Wi-Fi was bad - General Manager Jose Suarez wrote to me that he apologized, but nothing happened, no improvement, for the whole 3 weeks of my stay. I think, some chatbot answered me.

Comfy, homey stay

Liked: The hotel is spacious, with nice clean rooms. The location is perfect, you have a supermarket in 5 min walk. There are many places to go out in the area since it is a Brickell neighborhood. Little Havana is in 30 min walk. You have a train station close by. The staff of the hotel is welcoming and friendly. I liked that I could request new bed linen and towels when I wanted to change it. The coffee for breakfast was delicious and I liked the snacks.
Disliked: I didn't find anything that I wouldn't like.

Disliked: Did not have ice machine in hotel. Had to walk to cvs at night. If you stay for a short period of time like we did the empty ice trays in the refrigerator does help!
