Liked: The check-in process was simple. I could change out towels as much as I want. Breakfast is just cereal bars, muffins and fruit. It's more of a grab and go situation. Front desk is friendly and attentive. On site laundry facility was helpful.
Disliked: They only clean the room once every 7 days. I asked for a mid-week cleaning twice. They charge $15 for that. I paid, and when I returned to the room after being gone for a 1/2 day, the room had not been cleaned. The reason I got was that they "forgot." They had written it down! They reimbursed me the fee, but this created a major inconvenience. They offered to come back later but my daughter was recovering from surgery and needed to rest. You are not allowed to be in the room when they clean. It was frustrating. The hallway had a weird odor.
