Liked: We were able to book on short notice after a power outage. Everyone was very helpful and it has everything we needed, including frig. It was better than expected.
Disliked: The tub was a little hard to seal the water but it did work

Exceptional

Liked: Room was bigger than expected, beds were comfy
Disliked: Shower pressure was bad and took a good 5 minutes to get warm water, also if someone else was running sink while someone else was showering the water goes freezing cold

Liked: Could have hot food, location is OK
Disliked: Could have a swimming pool, recreation etc

Bad

Liked: Leaving was the best. The lady from the 1st hotel was very sweet and transferred me to a sister hotel. The lady at the 2nd hotel also was very sweet
Disliked: Initially had booking for Palm Bay locations upon arrival was transferred to a different hotel. It was run down, rust shower curtain, furniture falling apart, and bed was like sleeping in springs. There was just coffee and regular creamer. Wouldn't mind a partial refund due to the condition of the place. Not to mention I thought my car would get broken into. Around the back smelled like pot.

Needs work.

Disliked: Damp room. Shower didn't work. Nothing out to eat in the morning. No TV. I wanted to cancel, but the desk told me I had to contact you and I couldn't.

Disliked: They should tell you there is a $100 CASH deposit in their booking details. Came as quite a surprise when checking in.
