Hotel just needs to use...

Liked: Location was great.
Disliked: Rooms needs updating. Couch looked like it was found in a alley out back. The cost of the room was not worth 300 for 2 nights. I have gotten way nicer rooms for less then that.

Comfortable but slightly disappointed.

Liked: It was moderate clean.
Disliked: The free breakfast was extremely disappointing. No water, juice or milk. No eggs, bacon, toaster, toast, bagels… I had to search cabinets for even a napkin. They did not keep the area stocked at all. I had to ask for a coffee maker. Then had to go back down to ask for the coffee in order to make coffee. For almost $200 a night I expected the room to be set up not have to keep asking for things. I also had to run back to the front for bedding for the pull out couch bed. No spare sheets, blankets or pillows in the closet. Last I googled hotels near Legoland, they are 30 minutes away. I should have double checked that before booking.

Disliked: Nothing

Affordable for a short stay

Liked: Smooth checking, restaurants walking distance so as motorway, great for a short stay
Disliked: Slow and old elevator, smoke smell in the corridor, old dirty carpets

Won't choose this hotel again.

Liked: There was no breakfast. The staff reported no one brought the grab and go bags.
Disliked: Required to empty trash to get deposit returned. Bottle of water was $5 from vending machine.

Liked: Bed was acceptable. Kitchen facility was good.
Disliked: DESK ASKED FOR AN ADDED $100 DAMAGE DEPOSIT NEVER INCLUDED IN THE BOOKING SITE AND WHICH MAY OR MAY NOT BEEN TIMELY RETURNED.....noisy heater/AC; couch was damaged and uncomfortable. breakfast advertised as included was abysmally deficient and showed no effort to please guests: SNACK BARS, COFFEE WITH NO STANDARD CREAMERS; SMALL YOGURTS AND PACKS OF BOILED EGGS. NO MEAT, NO TOASTER, NO BAGELS, NO REGULAR EGGS COOKED.
