Liked: I am really upset. Made my reservations for myself and my grandsons 10th birthday. We go to check in and the man behind the desk says so we didn’t have the room you requested but we will upgrade you. Ok. I was quoted $140 through booking.com. They will upgrade me at 224.00 per night. They said booking.com is a 3rd party and have no idea about our room situation. I refused to pay $224 and went elsewhere. My son was with me and said he’s used booking.com and has gotten upgrades at no additional costs at any hotels. Oh no. Not me. I won’t be using booking.com ever. The area in Greenville on Dec 7th was heavily booked at other locations. Got another hotel and still had to pay another $30. They would not give me the room unless I paid $224. Never again.
Disliked: Management. Upgrading a room and wanting a lot more money. $85 more.
