Because the staff could not get my TV to work in my room 324, I was asked to change rooms. No one offered to help me with the move. I thought that was very unacceptable.

Liked: Price.

I will never stay at...

Liked: Breakfast was horrible. Only flavored creamers for coffee which I do not like. Would prefer half and half.The location was good
Disliked: Room was not comfortable, very cold and I inviting. Bed was uncomfortable. Fire alarm went off while I was there and staff did not know how to turn it off. I should have canceled and gone across the street to a nicer hotel

2nd time at an extended...

Liked: Room was large and nice. We liked the partition between the beds so we didn't have to stare at each other while trying to sleep. The staff was great. Nice and very accommodating. Location was wonderful surrounded by Wegmans and several stores and restaurants. We felt very safe especially because you had to scan your key card to get in building after hours.
Disliked: The only issues we had were the shower had no water pressure at all no matter what we did and the hardwood floors were dirty. I walked around in bare feet and my feet were black.

Exceptional

Liked: I like the fact that the on shift manager, I did forget his name, but he was very punctual very proper very respectful and we did have a hiccup with our room but he was on it Prompto. He said that the room will be ready in 20 minutes and the room was ready in 20 minutes. He made sure we had our extra towels due to the inconvenience, and he was all around amazing so for that I have to give the five stars instead of deducting points because he made sure that hiccup due to the housekeeping were delayed due to whatever they had going on he made up for by not getting frustrated not cursing and being ignorant, he was very Honest, respectful very punctual and just all around amazing so I just want to say thank you to the gentleman who made sure our room was ready within that 20 minute timeframe he gave and we didn’t have to wait a second minute longer
Disliked: That was not one thing I did not like everything was easy access. He was very informative. I don’t know why I cannot remember this gentleman‘s name, but he was just amazing.

Frustrating

Liked: Clean and new facility
Disliked: Paid for a king bed but our room was accidentally given to someone else Had to have a queen bed and our tv had no cable working so no tv at all

Disliked: Safe was rude af ! They charged me for washing my 7 month old baby up with there rag and leaving food stains on the rag ! They act like the wash clothes isn't supposed to get dirty and they need to wash it . They already had roaches climbing up the front desk .! Definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel tooo anybody
