Disliked: There was a stench in the corridor that almost caused my wife to be sick, there was a bar of soap in the shower from the previous room occupant. The whole hotel looked tired and dirty, the carpets were yellowing and filthy in the corridors

Liked: The manager, staff, maintenance guy, the is a special house keeper, she knows how to provide good service. There is a mail too, great service!
Disliked: Just the less fortunate taking all the fruits and not being considerate of the paying customers!

Liked: Breakfast needs to be secured,No problem allowing the needy to get a meal, however those who paid for breakfast should have the opportunity to get something too..That’s my only suggestion!!!
Disliked: The room I stayed in was too close to the washroom and can hear it at various hours of the night..I didn’t want to request a change of room, so I endured the inconvenience!

Staff Saved the Day/Cruise! :)

Liked: The taxi driver had to push a little on our luggage to make it fit at the airport. When dropping us off our paperwork for our cruise must have fallen out of a pocket in my carry on and I didn't realize it until we were well on our way to unpacking and settling in to the room. BTW, the room wasn't ready in time, so they upgraded us to a little better room at no charge for the inconvenience and were very gracious about it. When I realized the missing paperwork and had no way to contact the taxi service I approached the manager there and she and her staff were not only accommodating but were very empathetic to the situation. They Saved the Day/Cruise!!!
Disliked: The whole place seemed so busy, which is good, but makes it hard to keep up with impeccable cleanliness and such is all. I didn't like that our suite didn't have a freezer that made ice, or the basically cereal only "free" breakfast.
